Challenge
The federation ran on a Facebook page and spreadsheets: ratings were recalculated by hand, tournament sign-ups came through DMs, and nothing was reachable for international players. They needed one place for members, ratings and the calendar — in three languages — that the federation could run without a developer.
What we built
- Trilingual site (UA/EN/RU) with member registration and login.
- Player ratings, tournament calendar and archive, tournament fee payment via LiqPay.
- Club catalog, news, media gallery and forum.
- An admin area the federation runs on its own.
- Online tournaments run directly on BG Space through a dedicated integration, so results and ratings flow back to the federation site automatically.
Result
Delivered in 1 month. Live at unbf.org.ua; the federation manages content, tournaments and membership without a developer.
